8. Account Deletion

You may delete your Vivid account at any time by using the in-app account deletion feature or by contacting us at highhilltech@gmail.com. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated personal data, unless retention is required by law (e.g., for fraud prevention or legal compliance).

Note that deletion is irreversible, and you will lose access to your messages, videos, and profile content. Some non-personal or aggregated data may be retained for analytical or security purposes.

9. Policy Updates

We may occasionally revise this policy. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app messages or emails. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised policy.
